Dennis
Hill, CPT, RKC, began his martial arts training at the age of seven. He currently teaches Combat Hapkido, Thai Kickboxing, Russian Kettlebells, and SAMBO at his academy in North Branford, CT.
Mr. Hill holds multiple Black Belts in different arts. His passions are in the study and teaching of SAMBO, Judo, Western Wrestling, Thai Kickboxing, Combat Hapkido and Russian Kettlebell lifting. He holds martial art degrees and certifications from the International Combat Hapkido Federation (ICHF), American Sambo Association (ASA), and the United States Judo Association (USJA). He is also certified as a Profressional Fitness Trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) and he holds a Masters Degree from Quinnipiac Universtiy. In 2004, he was inducted into both the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame and the World Karate Union Hall of Fame.
He currently continues his training under the tutelage of Joseph Vigdorchik, Sid Kelly, and John Pellegrini. He also continues to learn from other instructors through seminars and private training sessions. He is grateful to have had the privilege of training with the following superb instructors: Keith and Kenny Florian, Mark Hatmaker, David Rudman, Renzo Gracie, Matt Serra, Vlad Koulikov, Pavel Tsatsouline and Stephen Koepfer.
